Dr "Dave" Williams is a Canadian physician and a retired CSA astronaut. HE flew on two Space Shutttle missions, STS-90, a 16-day mission (Columbia, 1998) and STS-118 (Endeavour, 2007) to the International Space Station, where he performed three spacewalks. He also held the position of Director of the Space and Life Sciences Directorate at NASA’s Johnson Space Center. In 1994, he was a member of the crew for the CAPSULS mission, for which Dr Kass was a co-investigator on a series of group-dynamics experiments.
Michael McKay

Major McKay, is a former Canadian astronaut who resigned from the CSA astronaut corps for medical reasons without flying in space. In 1994, Captain McKay was a member of the crew for the CAPSULS mission, for which Dr Kass was a co-investigator on a series of group-dynamics experiments.
Julie Payette

Ms Julie Payette, is a Canadian engineer and astronaut. Payette completed two spaceflights, STS-96 (1999) and STS-127 (2009), both Space Shuttle to ISS missions. She was a member of the crew for the CAPSULS mission, for which Dr Kass was a co-investigator on a series of group-dynamics experiments.
Robert (Bob) Thirsk

Dr Thirsk flew in orbital space on Space Shuttle Columbia (STS-78), and on the Soyuz TMA-15 Soyuz mission (2009), as a member of the Expedition 20 crew on the International Space Station. In February 1994, he was crew commander for the CAPSULS mission, for which Dr Kass was a co-investigator on a series of group-dynamics experiments.
